Health Payors Org
SEQC entered into a group contract for Health Payors Organization, Inc�s. (�HPO�) PPO on March 1, 2000. This is a small PPO that is building its network in the Gastonia market. Reimbursement for all covered services is 85% of Billed Charges. Practices wishing to participate under this agreement as members of SEQC must have each physician affiliate sign a �Provider Adoption Agreement� indicating his/her agreement with the terms of the contract as executed by SEQC. A �Data Form� must also be completed for each physician.
